Hi, I’m François — a data-driven product professional based in Vancouver with over four years of experience helping SaaS companies build better products through insight and experimentation. I specialize in uncovering patterns in user behavior, building intuitive dashboards, and turning data into meaningful product decisions.

Most recently, I led product and analytics efforts at Dialog Insight, a Canadian SaaS company focused on personalized marketing automation. There, I helped grow MRR, increase feature adoption, and improve retention by combining product strategy with hands-on analysis in tools like SQL, Power BI, and Luzmo.
