AI-powered Personal Budgeting App

I built a prototype that allowed users to submit receipts and, with the help of Google Cloud Vision and AI, digitized the content of receipts. Users could then see their spending by categories like Drinks, Dairy, Snacks, Meat, Produce, etc. This unexplored approach to personal finance is based on the software created for reconciliation in B2B accounting software and bringing smarter technologies.

Through this prototype I got to explore AI prompt tuning to improve detection and tagging. This project also furthered my ability to use AI prototyping tools and research.
